Job Summary :

Gain hands-on experience in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery. You will contribute to the team's efforts in ensuring timely and efficient service delivery across various accounts and geographic regions.

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to) :

• Collect and analyze data on service delivery key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time performance across different accounts and markets
• Identify trends and patterns in the data to pinpoint areas for improvement
• Prepare regular reports summarizing key findings and insights

Including process compliance trends and gaps
