Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting assigned projects, stepping in when teams need help, and supporting smooth execution. They act as the primary operational support resource for field and project teams, providing guidance on processes, resolving issues, and ensuring teams can efficiently execute their work. This role ensures that processes are followed, teams receive proper training, and issues are escalated so projects can meet expectations. The Project Success Manager works closely with the Project Manager, Construction, Engineering, and Project Controls to resolve challenges, optimize execution, and support the workforce.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for project teams needing support, training, or issue resolution.
• Step in when teams struggle, providing hands-on guidance and problem-solving.
• Train and coach teams on processes, ensuring adoption of best practices.
• Track and manage project risks, escalating when necessary to leadership.
• Ensure project teams have the resources, equipment, and labor they need to stay productive.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve delays, budget concerns, and operational challenges.
• Monitor financial performance, cash flow, and cost tracking for assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and performance dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards throughout project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts, providing feedback to enhance future projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, project success, or operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills to handle project roadblocks effectively.
• Experience coaching teams, implementing processes, and managing field operations.
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills, ensuring teams work efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
