Job Summary:
The Seasonal Recruiter will play a pivotal role in supporting our staffing ramp up for our busy construction season. This position is key in driving recruiting efforts and assisting with local workforce development, and onboarding processes to attract top talent across both skilled and entry-level positions.
Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
- Support Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager and Regional Recruiters to understand staffing needs and contribute to the execution of regional recruiting strategies.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, managing background checks, and extending offers in compliance with company policies.
- Sourcing: Create campaigns to find and attract skilled workers, effectively communicate through job boards, text tools and email to convert outreach to applicants.
- Offer Management: Draft and deliver offer letters, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies.
- Applicant Tracking: Track and maintain applicant data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate and organized records for all recruitment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in HR, staffing, or workforce development preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with workforce development programs and community outreach is a plus.
