Automotive Internet Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement:
- Handle incoming internet leads and inbound phone calls for prospective customers.
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer needs, scheduling sales appointments, and ensuring a positive experience.
2. Lead Management:
- Manage and follow up on leads generated through various online sources and phone calls.
- Engage with prospects in a manner that encourages them to connect and do business with us.
3. Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule appointments for sales customers at our dealerships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling and timely follow-ups.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest automotive products, features, and industry trends.
- Effectively communicate product information to customers and address any questions or concerns.
CRM Utilization:
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions, manage leads, and streamline communication processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the automotive industry but not necessary. We will train.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- Excellent computer skills are a must.
