Conifer House Assisted Living and Memory Care is hiring a Community Relations Director (CRD)
OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
The CRD is responsible for the overall marketing and sales (renting units to qualified prospects) of our senior care community.
The CRD is part of the management team and coordinates with the administrator. The CRC also works with family members, a network of healthcare providers, residents, and the facility leadership team. This position represents our community and often gives our first impression to those seeking our services. You will be conveying what makes Conifer House stand out from other senior care communities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scheduling and conducting tours of the facility with prospects and their families.
- Coordinating and orchestrating new resident move-ins.
- Demonstrate your ability to close sales and successfully move-in qualified prospects. You must possess an outgoing and welcoming personality.
- Demonstrate knowledge of both internal and external marketing techniques that promote our team’s mission/values/beliefs in addition to the unique services we render to the public.
- You will provide weekly reports to the management team as well as maintain excellent relations with all current and previous inquiries.
- Engage in community relations/outreach, networking events and event planning.
- Build positive relationships with a variety of contacts, including professionals both in and out of the health care industry, facility staff, residents, referrals, family members and more—this position requires supreme people skills!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Marketing experience in the senior healthcare industry, of at least 2 years, is highly preferred.
- Compassionate individuals who will professionally and positively represent our community, who also thrive in leading small-group presentations.
- Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable in hitting and exceeding monthly census goals.
- Ownership of tasks and responsibilities—i.e., staying focused despite interruptions.
- Strong communication skills, decision-making abilities and reliability are additional skillsets we look for in interested candidates.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
