**Job Summary:**
This role is responsible for leading daily Patient Access operations, driving operational metrics, and ensuring the department meets client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements action plans to improve Registration Process areas.
- Manages staffing activities, including documentation, selection, orientation, and training.
- Ensures departmental policies and practices are enforced in accordance with hospital policies.
- Communicates effectively with staff, Director, and CFO to address deficits and problems.
- Supervises employees, including interviewing, hiring, and performance appraisal.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of Health Care Supervisory experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of relationship between Admitting, Clinical Areas, Financial Areas, and pre-service and point-of-service financial clearance activities.
