Title- Receptionist/ Office Administrative Assistant
Location- Princeton, NJ, Onsite
Contract to Hire
- Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday or as needed.
- Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
- Help prepare for client and employee meetings.
- Create POs and PRs as needed.
- Pack and send UPS packages as needed.
- Code and pay vendor invoices.
- Ordering business cards.
- Maintain visitor logs. Create work order tickets for the Princeton office as needed.
- Train employees in Concur and iEngage expense reports.
- Program and distribute security access cards.
- Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives.
- Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
- Making travel arrangements for employees as needed.
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
- Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
- Provide general and Office administrative support.
- Assist in maintaining office kitchen.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
- In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
- High school diploma.
