This role is more than just operating a forklift—our Warehouse Associates play a key part in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy in shipments, and upholding safety standards.

About Conklin Metal Industries:
Conklin Metal Industries is a leading distributor of sheet metal, HVAC, and duct fabrication supplies. With 17 warehouse locations across the Southeast, we provide contractors and fabricators with the materials they need to build and install HVAC duct systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Receiving & Shipping: Verify incoming shipments, ensure accuracy, and prepare outgoing orders

Warehouse Organization: Maintain inventory, keep stock properly stored, and ensure a clean workspace

Order Fulfillment: Pull, stage, and load deliveries efficiently and safely

Safety & Compliance: Follow proper procedures to uphold workplace safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:

Forklift experience required (certification preferred)

Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift

Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to efficiency and accuracy

Ability to work in varying temperatures based on warehouse conditions
