Outside Sales Representative

- Business-to-business sales of commercial tires, retreads, and related services
- Collaborating with customers to manage inventory levels at shop and warehouse locations
- Distributing new inventory to customers and collecting retreaded tires (larger inventory will be coordinated with a company driver)
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in business-to-business sales preferred but not required
- Knowledge of commercial tires and retreading is a plus but not essential
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- An aggressive and competitive nature to drive sales growth
- The confidence to close deals
- Superior communication skills, including listening and written/verbal communication
- A college degree is preferred but not necessary
