Automotive Service Advisor-EXPERIENCED

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $65,000-$100,000

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:

· Ensure customers are greeted promptly and given fair estimates on cost and time

* Reynolds experience preferred

· Act as a liaison between the service technician and the customer to clearly explain the concerns and repairs to both the technician and customer.

· Ask questions to ensure understanding of customer concerns and needs

· Inform customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections.

· Communicate with customers on any changes in service or when vehicle is ready

· Establish and maintain a good working relationship with customers

· Contact customers to remind them of any service appointments and/or maintenance due.

· Prepare and calculate estimates.

· Maintain a prompt, efficient and timely flow of paperwork.

· Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization.

· Maintain a professional image and demeanor.

· May Test drive Vehicles

Compensation- weekly pay, commissions, monthly bonusses.

Pay based on experience.

Requirements:

· Driver’s License (Required)

· US Work Authorization (Required)

· Must be at least 18 years of age (Required)

· Bilingual (preferred)

· 2-3 Years’ Service Advisor Experience (Required)
