What are the responsibilities and job description for the Furniture Sales Associate position at Conlin's Furniture?

Associates must be available to work a combination of days, evenings and weekends. Generous commissions and incentives allow you to be in control of your income and earn what you're worth. Some previous sales experience preferred but will train the right person.
Minimum hourly guarantee. Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance available, PLUS 401k, Paid Time Off, and employee discounts on furniture purchases.
Background check will be conducted on final applicant.
Training wage is $18/hour for the first 3 months
