Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the management team including typing, project assistance, calendar management, arranging travel and meeting coordination.
- Function as the site coordinator for activities related to engagement, staffing, and HR support.
- Perform receptionist functions including greeting vendors/visitors, screening and directing calls, relaying messages, processing incoming/outgoing mail, accepting deliveries and responding to routine inquiries.
- Collect and input data into spreadsheets and produce graphs, charts and reports for management.
- Maintain AP functions, training records, customer service support, filing, supplies, badge access, complete required paperwork and other general office duties.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Two to three years in a general office environment
- High School diploma or equivalent with additional courses in computer skills, particularly Excel.
- High energy with a positive professional attitude.
- Must be confidential with all company/employee information, and possess the ability to show initiative, to work collaboratively, and to work with professionalism.
- Some standing, walking, bending and reaching during the shift.
