The Associate Product Manager plays a key role in driving the commercial success of the CONMED’s GI portfolio. In this role, the Associate Product Manager will support organizational goals by developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing promotions, advertising, collateral development, and other upstream and downstream marketing activities. Your day-to-day activities in this role will include but are not limited to developing and refining a robust marketing funnel which builds customer awareness and drives them into the sales funnel, sales training content creation, supporting surgeon and customer education for products and procedures, day to day sales support, product life cycle (PLM) management, and market data collection & analysis. What You'll Do: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors. Analyze sales data and feedback to track product performance and identify opportunities. Assist in product strategy, pricing discussions, and go-to-market planning. Support product lifecycle management, including launches and discontinuations. Collaborate with R&D on product enhancements and inventory planning. Execute marketing campaigns, develop sales tools, and maintain collateral. Collect product testimonials, case videos, and physician engagement content with sales reps and KOLs. Design and implement marketing programs to drive sales performance. Manage regional show requests, trade show logistics, and capital evaluations. Oversee backorder management, service reports, and inventory tracking. Support RFP cross-referencing. Manage digital project workflows and assist with sustaining marketing initiatives. Perform other tasks as needed to support marketing and business objectives. What You'll Bring: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. 1-2 years related experience in successful marketing roles in the medical device industry. Ability to meet with customers at hospitals and to be a member of a credentialing agency. Ability to lead and contribute to interdisciplinary teams with demonstrated results. Proven ability to execute projects within timeline and budget. Demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with sales teams and physicians. Thorough knowledge of relevant anatomy, surgical procedures, and clinical needs. Thorough knowledge of surgeon and sales education process. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Salary : $82,723 - $106,523
