Join our dynamic team as an Associate Product Manager for our innovative BioInductive Technologies portfolio, featuring the BioBrace Reinforced Implant. In this key role, you will drive growth within the US Orthopedics market by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings.
Your primary focus will be to work hand-in-hand with your manager, sales, market development, and R&D teams to elevate the BioInductive Technologies portfolio. Success in this role requires close collaboration with various business partners across our organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Market Development team to implement strategic marketing initiatives that boost customer awareness and maintain a healthy marketing funnel. Monitor and refine efforts based on performance metrics.
- Work alongside the Corporate Marketing Communications team to execute and assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, driving continuous improvements.
- Develop promotional, educational, clinical, and support materials aimed at expanding both existing and newly launched products.
- Coordinate with finance and sales leaders to establish pricing strategies and promotional programs aligned with corporate financial objectives.
- Assist in IDN conversion efforts for the BioInductive Technologies portfolio, supporting GPO & IDN RFP's through competitive pricing analysis.
- Compile and maintain competitive intelligence to aid in product positioning and sales training initiatives.
- Support interdisciplinary teams, including R&D, S&OP, Quality, Regulatory, and Customer Experience, to ensure commercial success.
- Occasionally engage with surgeons and sales representatives in the operating room to promote our products.
- Participate in major conventions to connect with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage assigned budget expenses effectively.

In compliance with state law, the annual salary range for this position is $69,000-$107,460. This reflects CONMED's good faith belief at the time of posting.
