- Lead & manage the Foot & Ankle budget through annual and periodic budget & forecast processes, including presenting to the Executive leadership team and Board of Directors.
- Lead regular financial reporting and analysis to ensure the Foot & Ankle organization is on track to meet and/or exceed its goals.
- Provide leadership, oversight and analysis as it relates to acquisitions.
- Oversee, direct and manage the workflow and development of the business unit finance team.
- Ensure finance teams is equipped and able to fulfill their roles and responsibilities.
- Develop and execute succession strategy to ensure continuous development of future financial leaders.
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership in driving and executing process objections and action plans, and in supporting process leadership and project teams with information and analysis to enable them to make sound business decisions.
- Leadership and/or Ad Hoc reports and analysis in support of company projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field required
- 10 years in a commercial finance position
- 3 years people leadership experience
- 20-40% travel
- Experience within the medical device space is strongly preferred
- Experience within a public company preferredCPA preferred
