Role Overview
- Bring your 4-10 years of experience to bear by setting up and operating CNC mills (3-4 axis VMCs and 5 axis VMCs) and CNC lathes (5 axis).
- Employ G-Code and M-Code programming to drive machine operations efficiently.
- Handle machine setups for production, maximizing performance and output quality.
- Work with advanced equipment like CNC Swiss lathes to push boundaries in machining precision.
- Ensure machines are running smoothly with routine maintenance and problem-solving skills.
- Partner with engineering and production teams to refine machining processes.
- Commit to safety standards while maintaining an organized workspace.
- Inspect final products for precision, tweaking operations when needed.
Your Background
- Demonstrated expertise as a CNC Machinist, paired with profound knowledge of CNC tooling.
- Skilled in the nuances of G-Code and M-Code programming.
- Equipped with experience in performing machine setups for production.
- Hands-on with 3-4 axis and 5 axis CNC mills and CNC lathes.
- Familiar with brands including Haas, Okuma, Fanuc, Mazak, Star, Citizen, Tsugami, DMG Mori Seiki, and Doosan.
- Keen attention to detail and dedication to producing superior work.
- Able to decipher technical drawings and blueprints seamlessly.
- Resourceful problem-solver, capable of working independently or collaboratively.
