Senior CNC Machinist

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality components. Responsibilities

• 4- 10 years Set up and operation of CNC mills (3-4 axis VMC and 5 axis VMC) and CNC lathes (5 axis).
• Utilize G-Code and M-Code programming for machine operations.
• Perform machine setups for production runs, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality.
• Work with CNC Swiss lathes and other advanced machining equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure continuous operation.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and precision, making adjustments as necessary.
