What You'll Be Doing:
- Regularly survey production processes, ensuring optimal performance and implementing maintenance routines for large-scale machinery.
- Swiftly tackle equipment malfunctions, conducting inspections, and identifying corrective measures.
- Engage in repair work for plant equipment, ensuring all production machines and tools operate smoothly.
- Assist in training colleagues on safe equipment use, promoting a safety-first workplace culture.
- Maintain detailed records by completing work orders and supporting on-site equipment vendors.
Your Skill Set:
- A responsive stance to meet and exceed production goals is crucial.
- Mastery of large CNC cell restoration and troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.
- Competence in electrical schematic interpretation to assist in solving technical challenges.
Environment & Physical Needs: Be prepared for high occupational noise levels and exposure to dust and fumes. Safety gear, including hearing protection and steel-toed footwear, is mandatory.
