The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of systems, networks, and cloud environments. This role includes managing help desk operations, leading infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with IT policies, and aligning technology strategies with business objectives.
Responsibilities :
Infrastructure & Systems Management :
- Oversee the administration, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of Windows servers (both virtual and physical).
- Manage and optimize cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure and hybrid infrastructures.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning for IT infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain security best practices, including patch management, vulnerability assessments, and endpoint protection.
- Manage user application security access, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and other critical enterprise applications.
- Monitor and maintain network performance, including LAN, WAN, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
