The Marketing Assistant is an onsite position located at our corporate office in Elkhart, IN and will report to the Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities : Support the creation of marketing content for various channels, including social media, email, website, and print and digital media.Support the Division of Education blog, including researching topics for the content calendar, coordinating outreach to clinicians and guest contributors, and publishing posts to the website.Organize and manage assets on the company’s creative drives.Coordinate with Sales and Distribution teams on materials for tradeshows and events.Assist with company e-commerce store and department order management.Generate monthly department reports using analytics tools.Coordinate budgeting, invoice tracking, and payments for the marketing team with the finance department.Maintain an internal event calendar.Coordinate plant tours in collaboration with Division of Education, Sales, Product, and Manufacturing departments.Responsible for corporate receptionist dutiesPerform other tasks as needed.Qualifications : 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or eventsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldStrong writing and communication skillsKnowledge of social media platformsExperience with WordPress or other website content platformsExperience in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAttention to detail, including proofreading and copywritingPreferred : Knowledge or experience with music and / or band and orchestra instrumentsAbility to sit for long periods, with occasional lifting of items over 20 poundsAvailable to work evenings and weekends (less than 15%)Willing to travel to trade shows and events (less than 10%)
