Responsibilities:
1. Comply with all policies and procedures.
2. Comply with all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
3. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
4. Work within a team environment.
5. Must follow direction of the immediate Supervisor.
6. Follow all quality guidelines & preventative maintenance.
7. Unload & unpack scheduled & unscheduled materials & supplies.
8. Put away supplies, inventory materials and organize warehouse
9. Pull, create MO’s, and transfer service parts .
10. Fill orders for both in-house and outside vendors.
11. Collect process scrap and scrap parts, weigh, verify and report accordingly – scrap verification process.
12. Deliver material & stock items to proper departments/areas.
13. Prep scrap shipments for pick-up.
14. Pull and issue out supplies for production.
15. Conduct cycle counts as necessary.
16. Collect material containers and skids for return to vendors.
17. Clean receiving area, warehouse, and stockroom.
18. Receiving and processing Return to Stock (RA’s) and 161 warehouse items.
19. Complete necessary reports, transfers, MO updates and paperwork.
20. Scanning, physical handling and management of visual bins.
21. Complete appropriate paperwork for inter-company transfers, verify and stage for pick-up.
22. Maintain case strategy.
23. All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Ability to drive a forklift and become forklift certified.
2. Must possess basic math skills.
3. Regular attendance.
4. Basic understanding of MAPICS transactions.
5. Valid driver’s license.
6. Strong interpersonal skill with an emphasis on working in a team environment.
7. Ability to lift a maximum of 35 lbs. unassisted; frequently over 50 lbs. assisted.
8. Ability to move a 500 lb. Drum with assistance.
9. Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
10. Ability to push carts of material to areas throughout the facility.
11. Ability to handle hazardous materials (appropriate OSHA training is a requirement).
12. Ability to work independently and make good judgements.
13. Exposure to dusts and warehouse environment.
