GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
1.Responsible for consistent quality and quantity of work to meet product specifications and position requirements
2.Comply with all policies and procedures
3.Comply with all safety procedures and PPE requirements
4.Maintain a clean and orderly work area
5.Work within a team environment
6.Follow all quality guidelines and preventative maintenance
SPECIFIC DUTIES :
1.Perform range of duties for a minimum of 4 positions within the department as assigned by Plant Manager and / or Manufacturing Manager
2.Job No. 5410 – Key Fabrication
3.Job No. 5410 –Body Fabrication
4.Job No. 5415 – Vibrodyne Wastewater Operator
5.Job No. 5407 – Buff / Polish
6.Job No. 5402 – Soldering
7.Job No. 5443 – Foundry Prep
8.Job No. 5457 – Foundry Casting
PRE-DETERMINED QUALIFICATIONS :
1.Successfully qualify on all 4 areas of utility matrix as chosen by Plant Manager and / or Manufacturing Manager
2.Consistently demonstrate continuous improvement
3.Sustainable ability to achieve company and departmental compliance to objectives
4.Must be able to operate various pieces of machinery at a confident and safe level
5.Must be able to read and interpret product specifications
6.Must be able to read, interpret and follow verbal and written instructions without assistance
7The ability to identify the sources of variation and drive to eliminate such variation
8.Attendance in good standing with 5 or less points
9.No active disciplinary actions
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
1.Frequent stand and walking during shift
2.Acute Vision
3.Frequent pushing, pulling fingering, grasping, feeling
4.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
5.Frequent bending / stooping, squatting / crouching is required
6.Ability to work independently, make south decision, perform repetitive task
