The Sales Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Director of Sales Operations and the sales and service team through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. Key duties include monitoring sales performance, analyzing key metrics, and providing insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The role will involve creating and maintaining sales dashboards, forecasting sales trends, and identifying areas for improvement in sales workflows.

The Sales Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Director of Sales Operations and the sales and service team through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. Key duties include monitoring sales performance, analyzing key metrics, and providing insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The role will involve creating and maintaining sales dashboards, forecasting sales trends, and identifying areas for improvement in sales workflows.
Responsibilities
- Support Director of Sales Operations in deploying strategic initiatives.
- Develop and send benchmark reports to support sales and service leadership.
- Develop and send dealer benchmark reports to supports sales and service teams.
- Responsible for MAP violation process and communication.
- Maintenance of CRM Dashboards and email templates
- Sales Automation duties, including partnership lead management and website lead triage.
- Tradeshow logistics support for product, travel, expense and schedule
- Manage creation of monthly internal Sales Newsletter and external Dealer Newsletter.
- Monitor case management system for SLA trends and improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in music education or music business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and ability to present one-on-one or in large groups.
- A self-starter and ability to work independently
- Good financial aptitude in regard to budgeting and planning
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet expectations of the position
- Occasional travel
