What are the responsibilities and job description for the Packer position at CONN SOLES LLC?
This is a part-time position with strict hours totaling 12 hours per week!
Your base hours will be from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
You will be responsible for:
Packing orders during the day, loading the truck for shipments, providing daily inventory counts, and cleaning.
Attention to detail is key, as you'll be expected to ensure quality control and proper packaging to prevent damage. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is also part of the role, along with assisting in general inventory management as needed.
We’re looking for someone dependable, efficient, and able to work on their feet and lift packages. Previous experience in packing or shipping is a plus, but not required.
There are opportunities for more hours in the evening if needed, once you accept this position.
We are rapidly growing and need more hands to help sustain and support that growth.
There is room to grow within the company over time.
