What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Conneaut School District?
*QUALIFICATIONS: Position will be filled by a person demonstrating knowledge &/or proficiency in multiple trade skills including HVAC, electrical, motor & equipment repair, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, tile & other miscellaneous facility maintenance duties. Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills and plan, perform and complete various tasks in a safe and efficient manner with minimal supervision. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Certifications in HVAC, electrical, & Class D Water Operators License a plus
