We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy interventions tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.
- Collect and analyze data on patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide support and education regarding behavioral health strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication with healthcare providers.
- Stay informed about advancements in special education and behavioral health practices to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to behavioral health.
- Experience in special education or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Proficiency in patient assessment methodologies and data collection techniques.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient confidentiality and record management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
