Job Overview
Connect Behavioral Health is seeking dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide In-home ABA therapy and join our team. The ideal candidates will have a background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing direct supervision, and parent training . Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing behavioral health and promoting positive outcomes for our clients. We have needs in Roanoke and Lynchburg. We will be expanding to other parts of Virginia in the near future.
We are just launching. We are looking for BCBAs who want to start something new and fun! Connect Behavioral Health will bring a new clinical standard to Virginia, and we are looking for individuals who agree with: 20% supervision of 97153, running direct assessments (not just a Vineland), running parent training, no 97154 group codes, etc.
We are hiring FT or PT
Our goal is to be staff friendly: You will have autonomy over your case, your programming, and you're learning tree.
We want to cater to the BCBA who wants 25 billable hours and work-life balance, and the BCBA who wants to rock 30 hours and make more money. For anyone in a different region than Roanoke, we are also hiring for a 'Guided Career Path'. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Implement and monitor behavioral therapy interventions, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic support.
- Provide training and supervision to staff and caregivers on effective behavioral strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and data collection.
- Stay current with research and developments in the field of behavioral health.
