Connect’s instructional model is grounded in approaches that allow children to learn and grow in ways that suit them best including:

• Inquiry-based learning: Through inquiry, students have the chance to learn about topics in depth, while teachers make sure children demonstrate true understanding

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging math lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Teach other content: SEL, Science, ELD
• Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management techniques.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with students and parents to discuss academic performance and address concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine curriculum and instructional strategies.
• Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.
• Plan field trips to supplement the curriculum

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
