Full Time Buyer (Manufacturing) Job Description
The Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services for the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the manufacturing process and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for the best possible prices and terms
- Managing the supply chain from order placement to delivery
- Ensuring that all materials and services meet the company's quality standards
- Working with other departments to ensure that the company has the materials and services it needs to meet its production goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in purchasing or a related field
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing process
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
