What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of the plumbing division, managing a team of licensed plumbers and apprentices

• Schedule and dispatch jobs efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer service

• Train, mentor, and coach your team to ensure high-quality workmanship and safety compliance

• Work closely with the leadership team to drive productivity, profitability, and growth

• Handle project planning, budgeting, and inventory oversight

• Ensure all jobs meet or exceed local codes and safety standards

• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing plumbing staff

• Occasionally jump in on complex jobs and provide technical support when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in Missouri

• 5 years of plumbing experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or management role

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Customer-first mindset with a commitment to excellence

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using dispatch software and job tracking tools

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and lead by example

Salary & Perks:

• Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)
