Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement PLC programs and control systems for automated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize PLC and HMI software to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and electrical engineers, to integrate automation solutions.
• Provide technical support for system installations, testing, and commissioning at customer sites.
• Maintain and update electrical schematics, software documentation, and system configurations.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in automation and controls.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in PLC programming (Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley preferred).
• Strong background in automation, motion control, and industrial networking.
• Experience with HMI development, SCADA systems, and robotics is a plus.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex control systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for system installations and customer support.
