Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring resolution to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality management or guest services is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with phone systems and reservation software is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
