Overview
We are seeking a skilled Associate HR Business Partner (HRBP) to handle hourly recruiting, performance management, payroll preparation, and safety compliance.
Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday, 10 hour shifts
Duties
- Recruitment & Interviewing: Manage hourly recruitment efforts, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews.
- Payroll Preparation: Support payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in attendance, leave, and other compensations.
- Performance Management: Assist with employee performance issues, including drafting performance improvement plans and corrective actions.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure employees are provided with necessary safety equipment and adhere to safety protocols on-site.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and payroll processing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing employee concerns.
