ABOUT THE EVENT :
We are hosting inperson hiring event and information sessions on Wednesday January 15th at 4 pm and 6 pm to provide all of the information you need to determine if becoming a behavior Technician is right for you.
This is a group event which will include a presentation question and answer session and a oneonone meeting with a talent or leadership team member.
During this event you will :
- Learn about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and what it means to be a Behavior Technician.
- Learn what it takes to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
- Learn about Connect n Care and why it is a great place to work.
- Learn about the position expectation schedule compensation and benefits.
- Meet with some of our awesome staff.
- Meet and interact with likeminded people and potential future peers.

ABOUT THE POSITION :
A Behavior Technician (BT) plays a vital role in the life of an individual with autism. By using the techniques proven through the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) the BT will work one on one with a child to reduce redirect and even eliminate behaviors. This impacts not only the child by helping them communicate and complete basic and advanced life skills... but it also impacts the family by providing them with a way to truly connect with their child. It is not always easy and it is not for everyone but in this role... YOU WILL CHANGE LIVES
As a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician you will work one on one with children with autism spectrum disorder providing ABA therapy whether it be from a patients home school or in the community.
