What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lot Attendant position at Connect One, LLC?
The role of a Lot Attendant is a very important part in the overall repossession process. When the vehicle is repossessed, it will be brought to the lot by the repossession field agent.
The Lot Attendant will be responsible for the following areas:
Review your current Lot inventory Inspect lot and vehicles to see if anything is out of place or tampered with
Inspect property area to see everything is in order
It is the lot attendant’s responsibility to clean out the asset by removing the personal property and placing into bags, tagging and organizing.
All keys are to be tagged and stored in the key lock box within the office
Verify the agent filled in the personal property inventory on RDN –make adjustments to the list as needed.
Personal Property Release
Copy of license
Only release property to the debtor or authorized person on release
Review paperwork and verify all fees were paid to the office
Get all paperwork signed and dated
Requirements:
Must be at least 24 years of age
Must have a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 pound boxes to a height of 3-4 feet and load them into shelving or other places.
Knowledgeable in operating a computer and other office productivity machinery
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills
Must be able to detect and identify personal property, what is trash, what needs to go to the authorities and others.
Constantly works in any and all outdoor weather conditions.
