Job Title: IT Services and Physical Security Selling Manager

Job Summary: The IT Services and Physical Security Selling Manager will be responsible for leading the sales efforts for both IT services and physical security solutions. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, developing digital lead generation, and achieving sales targets. Some travel is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managed network services and physical security sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in IT services and physical security solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
- Develop and implement digital lead generation strategies to drive new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Lead and mentor a small team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in managed network services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of managed network services, physical security solutions, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
