What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Relations Manager position at Connect Pediatrics?
Connect Pediatrics provides in-home private duty nursing and therapy services to infants and children with complex medical needs. We employ clinicians and operations staff who are compassionate, qualified, and dedicated to ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.
Job Summary:
- Develop and manage relationships with referral sources, including pediatric clinics, ABA centers, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities.
- Regularly visit referral sources to promote Connect Pediatrics' nursing and therapy services (ST, OT, PT).
- Collaborate with the internal office team to ensure the smooth onboarding of new patients and communication between referral sources and office staff.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for case managers, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing referral sources and case managers to maintain a steady pipeline of patients.
- Monitor and track referral trends and provide feedback to leadership to optimize growth strategies.
- Represent Connect Pediatrics at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to build brand awareness and expand the referral base.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets for private duty nursing and therapy services.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach, patient onboarding, and client interactions using the company's CRM system.
- Manage and foster nurse and client relationships.
