Provide in-home therapy services for patients with a wide-range of diagnoses under the direction of an SLP supervisor
Engage with patients' families, providing them with home program instruction, regular communication and updates on progress.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient
Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
Actively engage with supervisor/team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.

Requirements
- A valid Speech Language Pathology Assistant license in the state of Texas
- Current BLS/CPR License
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required
