Range: $55,000-$65,000 annually

Position Overview
Milwaukee logistics company is looking to add a detail oriented, self-starter to their growing team! This person will oversee Invoicing & Collections processes and will be focused on generating accurate customer invoices. Looking for a proactive individual with exceptional analytical and communication skills.
Duties:
- Create & Issue accurate and timely invoices using NetSuite
- Process Credit Memos as needed
- Upload mileage data weekly
- Process bill backs to customers, including toll charges, on a monthly basis
- Effectively address customer issues related to billing
- Assist in collection efforts
- Collaboration with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Accounting preferred
- 2-4 years of accounting/billing experience
- NetSuite/NetRental experience preferred
- Intermediate Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP and pivot tables)
- Attention to detail
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
