Keys to an interview - Associate, Underwriting:
- Minimum of 2 years' full time work experience in Deals & Transactions Advisory, Valuations, Commercial Banking (direct lending / leveraged finance / asset based lending), Investment Banking, or Public Audit
- Nice to have (or be progressing towards) advanced certification or degree (i.e. CPA, CFA, MBA)
Key Responsibilities - Associate, Underwriting:
- Maintain full ownership over portfolio accounts that have closed.
- Evaluate creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements, cash flow projections, and other relevant information.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential transactions, including industry analysis and risk assessment.
- Assist in preparing credit proposals, underwriting documents, and other necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of underwriting files.
- Support senior underwriters in managing client relationships and negotiating terms.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
