I am looking to hire a full-time Electrical Engineer with a strong background in PLC programming, automation, and control systems to join our team here in Sussex, WI. This role is a permanent opportunity that is looking interview / start immediately!
Pay : $38-58 / hr (Based on experience)
Benefits : Health, Vision, Dental, and 401k
Schedule : M-F, 8am – 5pm
Remote : No, 100% on-site
Key Responsibilities :
- Control System Design – Engineer electrical control systems based on customer specifications, selecting components and defining testing methods.
- PLC & HMI Programming – Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize programs for programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and human-machine interfaces (HMIs) to ensure smooth automation.
- Technical Problem-Solving – Identify challenges early and implement innovative, long-term solutions.
- Compliance & Standards – Ensure all designs comply with UL 508A, NEC, IEC, and other relevant electrical standards.
