Job Title: Event Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
Client has a civic luncheon (around 800 people) and 80 total tables. They currently have an events manager who is supporting the workflow. Need someone to assist the Events Manager.
- Handle coordination between different teams
- Coordinate communication between events manager and marketing/development team.
- Coordinate a volunteer team
- Put together center pieces
- Order the VIP tickets and remit cards
- Keep the events manager on deadline for paying the vendors
- Must attend the event- handle registration, seating arrangements, and coordination of all day of activities
Must Have:
Some events coordination experience- has planned large party for a company, etc.
