FINANCIAL PROJECT MANAGER CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and refine processes for the life cycle of fixed assets including additions, disposals, asserting lifetime value, etc.
- Collaborate with accounting and asset management teams to improve financial reporting and enforce compliance.
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met through periodic status updates within a short timeframe.
- Drive finance & accounting projects specific to the fixed assets and inventory ensuring cohesion with all business objectives.
- Partner with key stakeholders in the Dallas Office and off-site at various locations.
FINANCIAL PROJECT MANAGER CONSULTANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
- 8-10 years of managing financial projects, accounting and fixed asset operations required.
- 5-7 years of experience within a fast-paced client centric service environment managing competing priorities required.
- Exceptional leadership, follow-through skills, and communication with stakeholders required.
- Proven expertise and knowledge in capitalization policies for fixed assets and inventory operations including subledger cleanup and reconciliation required.
- Advanced knowledge of MS D365 & Coupa required.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
- Self-starter and highly motivated with a strong desire to drive business impact.
