HR Coordinators play a vital role in the human resources department by managing administrative tasks and supporting the HR Manager in larger initiatives. Their contributions help ensure the company operates efficiently by handling clerical duties, managing internal and external inquiries, and facilitating key HR processes.

In this role, HR Coordinators assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, verifying references, and distributing employment contracts. They also oversee daily HR operations, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating training sessions, conducting employee orientations, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, escalating complex issues to the HR Manager as needed.
• Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and managing employment documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, meetings, and employee onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support HR initiatives and company-wide programs to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
