Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Interiors Superintendent to oversee tenant improvement projects for office spaces in Miami Beach. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing commercial interior construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all field operations for tenant improvement office projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve issues and maintain project objectives.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
- Manage daily reports, progress tracking, and documentation.
- Ensure job site cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial interior construction, specifically tenant improvement and office spaces.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and project logistics.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools is a plus.
- OSHA certification preferred.
