Key responsibilities: Manager, Strategic Finance & Analytics | CPG
- Develops and maintains dynamic financial models to support core business planning efforts across production, retail, and finance.
- Leads performance tracking efforts by monitoring business unit outcomes against strategic targets and escalating gaps or anomalies to senior leadership with actionable recommendations.
- Partners with leaders across each business division to design, refine, and optimize revenue and earnings models, aligning quantitative plans with strategic objectives.
- Conducts deep-dive analytics across all operating segments to support budgeting, pricing, and operational planning initiatives.
- Supports pricing and product assortment strategy by identifying data-backed insights that enhance both top-line growth and bottom-line efficiency.
- Oversees all internal financial models and ensures they are updated and accessible for each state and business unit.
- Maintains internal dashboards and data pipelines, ensuring ongoing integrity and availability of insights used in business-critical decisions.
- Provides strategic insight through ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling for the executive team and investors.
- Leads and supports data organization efforts for due diligence, including the preparation of investor and transaction-related reporting decks.
- Performs timely market research and peer benchmarking to forecast performance and maintain competitive positioning
- Drives cross-functional operational optimization projects spanning cultivation, manufacturing, and retail operations.
- Advises leadership on analytics tools, data infrastructure, and technology investments to enhance data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
