The Senior Legal Operations Analyst at this firm will play a vital role within its Investment Partnerships Group, managing the investment program for its partners. This involves working closely with senior leadership, focusing on investment subscription preparation and coordinating legal administration for program investments, including AML/KYC compliance, LPA amendments, and general communications.
The firm seeks a candidate with paralegal or equivalent experience in areas such as private funds, M&A, private equity, debt finance, asset-backed securitization, investment management, or venture capital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and reviewing investment subscription documents and related materials.
- Liaising with legal teams on administrative matters concerning program investments (AML/KYC, LPA changes, correspondence).
- Supporting internal entity subscription, documentation, and fundraising.
- Maintaining data accuracy within the software management system.
- Contributing to process improvements.
- Participating in complex projects with team members and partners.
Desired Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a private funds or corporate paralegal (or equivalent), bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proactive, organized, and confident self-starter with strong teamwork and independent work skills.
- Excellent client service and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of the firm.
- Knowledge of private market investing best practices a plus.
- Experience with Dynamo or similar software preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word, experience with accounting and database software a plus.
