Project Engineer β Commercial Construction
We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a boutique construction services company, we offer multifamily and commercial construction services, including healthcare, townhome, education, religious, and public builds.
This is a hybrid role that will involve working in office and in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
- Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and contracts.
- Monitor project progress and provide solutions to keep timelines and budgets on track.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and project transparency.
Requirements:
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in construction project coordination or project engineering in the commercial construction space or related.
- Ability to work in person (in office, or in the field) in the greater Waukesha/Milwaukee area.
