We are seeking a Commercial Estimator to join our client's team, preferably with a strong background in Preconstruction . While we are primarily looking for an Estimator, we are open to a Project Manager who has extensive experience in Preconstruction and Estimating duties. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the preconstruction and estimating process for commercial projects
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and proposals for ground-up construction projects
- Work closely with owners, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure accurate pricing and project scope
- Conduct take-offs, value engineering, and risk assessments
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless project transitions from precon to execution
- Assist in negotiating contracts and procurement strategy
