What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Accountant position at Connect Search, LLC?
Title: Senior Accountant
Salary: $75,000-90,000
Location: Milwaukee, WI (on-site)
Hours: 8AM - 5PM
- Provide analytical support to service lines across the organization by providing consistent and meaningful financial information, reporting and analysis
- Perform bank and various GL account reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly accounting reports
- Prepares all internal and external financial reports, including special reports as requested
- Assist with preparation of the financial reports for monthly business review
- Participate in monthly business reviews
- Assists the VP of Finance with the annual operating and capital budgets and forecasts
- Supports the annual operating and capital budget process
- Assists with the proper filing of all federal and state tax returns and reports
- Provides information for the productivity, efficiency and position control reports
- Coordinates the annual financial audit
Qualifications
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Non-profit experience preferred but not required
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
